These Terms of Use govern your access to the CleanHaus Water website. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational purpose only

Content on this website describes CleanHaus Water products and services in general terms. System performance depends on the specific equipment, filtration media, installation configuration, incoming water conditions and applicable product certification for your home. Nothing on this site is professional plumbing, engineering, health or legal advice.

2. No guarantee of results; no health claims

Descriptions of treatment are general. Specific contaminant-reduction claims are made only where supported by the applicable product documentation for the equipment actually installed in your home. CleanHaus does not make medical or health claims about its products, and on-site screening performed during an assessment is preliminary screening — not accredited laboratory analysis — and does not identify all possible contaminants.

3. Assessments, quotes and pricing

The In-Home Water Assessment is $50. The $50 assessment fee is credited in full toward the CleanHaus system if you purchase after the assessment. There is no obligation to purchase. Submitting the website form is a request for an appointment; CleanHaus confirms the appointment and the payment details with you before the visit, and any applicable payment or cancellation terms are disclosed to you at that time. On the form you choose the purpose of the visit — assessment and written recommendation only, or assessment plus a purchase quote for the CleanHaus Complete Home System that you may choose to act on during the visit. You are never required to buy anything during the visit. Preliminary field screening carried out during an assessment is not accredited laboratory safety testing and does not certify water as safe or unsafe. Unusual plumbing, drainage, electrical or site conditions may affect the recommended scope and price. Website content is not an offer or a binding quote; only the written quote we provide after an assessment is binding, and it is valid for the period stated on that document.

4. Scheduling and timelines

Response times, assessment durations and installation timelines described on this site are targets, not guarantees. They vary with location, scheduling availability and site conditions.

5. Warranties

Warranty coverage is summarized from the Honest Water Co Warranty Statement and manufacturer component warranty documents. Coverage varies by component, original purchaser status, installation, use, maintenance, conditions and exclusions. Written warranty and product documents control. Except as expressly stated in those documents, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, CleanHaus Water is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual property

The CleanHaus Water name, logo, text, imagery and site design are owned by CleanHaus Water or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Some images are representative and may not depict a CleanHaus customer installation.

8. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, another person’s personal information without their permission, automated or bulk submissions, or anything unlawful. We may refuse service or block access for misuse.

9. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Privacy

Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

CleanHaus Water is the sender of all text messages described here. Our in-home assessment form offers two separate, optional and unchecked SMS consent checkboxes:

• Marketing SMS — special offers, discounts and service updates from CleanHaus Water.
• Non-marketing SMS — your water assessment request, appointment reminders, quotes, installation scheduling and related service notifications.

Consent to marketing or non-marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit the form without selecting either checkbox. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; after you reply STOP we will send no further text messages to that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@cleanhauswater.com or 289-536-8579. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile information is described in the SMS/Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. We may update these terms at any time; the revised version takes effect when posted.
